Yes! At the time of payment, there will be a "Notes" or "Observations" field where you can indicate your preferences. You can mention your favourite characters, the colours you like most, and also what you would not like to receive. We will do our best to meet your expectations!

Preparation usually takes 2 to 3 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with more information. Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 days.

Absolutely! We are available to create gift kits to order, whether you want a special scoop or a selection of specific products to create an amazing experience (either for yourself or to offer to someone special).

Yes! We love to share the preparation process of your orders. As a rule, all orders can be filmed and published on our social media. If you prefer your order **NOT** to be filmed, please explicitly mention it in the "Notes" field at checkout. We will respect your privacy.

• Scoops: We do not accept returns of individual items from a scoop. Returns will only be accepted if they include the complete box with all original products and no signs of use.
• Shipping Costs: For scoops and all other products in the store, the return shipping costs (postage) are entirely borne by the customer.
• Conditions: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, and properly protected.
