Can I customize my scoop order?
Yes! At the time of payment, there will be a "Notes" or "Observations" field where you can indicate your preferences. You can mention your favourite characters, the colours you like most, and also what you would not like to receive. We will do our best to meet your expectations!

When will I receive my order?
Preparation usually takes 2 to 3 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with more information. Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 days.

Are you available to create custom gift kits?
Absolutely! We are available to create gift kits to order, whether you want a special scoop or a selection of specific products to create an amazing experience (either for yourself or to offer to someone special).
To customise your kit or request a quote, simply send us an email through our Contact page. We will be happy to help you create the perfect gift!

Will the video of my order be posted on TikTok or Instagram?
Yes! We love to share the preparation process of your orders. As a rule, all orders can be filmed and published on our social media. If you prefer your order **NOT** to be filmed, please explicitly mention it in the "Notes" field at checkout. We will respect your privacy.

Why didn't I receive an automatic email after placing my order?
When placing an order, please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly. Also, check your spam or junk folder, in case our email has been filtered there. If all the information is correct and you still have not received the email, please contact us through our Contact page.

What is the returns policy?
For hygiene reasons and due to the personalized nature of our products, we inform you of the following:
- Scoops: We do not accept returns of individual items from a scoop. Returns will only be accepted if they include the complete box with all original products and no signs of use.
- Shipping Costs: For scoops and all other products in the store, the return shipping costs (postage) are entirely borne by the customer.
- Conditions: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, in their original packaging, and properly protected.
